At Venice Fitness, we have more than just “personal trainers,” we have FITNESS COACHES! We believe in focusing on comething everybody can benefit from; their own coach. Your coach will properly assess your current fitness status, develop your program and continuously progress that program for constant results! Our Fitness Coaches will motivate you to your limits, so you maximize every minute of your workout for the best results!

We work with clients everyday that range from beginners to clients that have been working out for 20 years and need the extra boost. When working out with your Fitness Coach they will:

  • Assess your current physical status
  • Build a program focused on YOUR goals
  • Coach you through your session making sure that every repetition you perform is safe and effective (we stress safety and results!)
  • Utilize all forms of equipment and exercises that will keep you having as much fun as possible while working out
  • Progress your program routinely for constant results so your body has no chance to plateau.
